Chapter 11: Restructure Your Corporate Debt

A Chapter 11 bankruptcy is reserved for restructuring the debt of corporations (like GM, Chrysler, United Airlines, Delta Airlines) or individuals with more than $383,175.00 in unsecured debt or $1,149,525.00 in secured debt.  These individuals do not qualify for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and therefore look to Chapter 11 to restructure.  Chapter 11 has several additional disclosures and procedural requirements that are not contained in a Chapter 13.  The bankruptcy attorneys at O'Hara, Taylor, Sloan & Cassidy can assess whether Chapter 11 Bankruptcy is an option for you.  Contact our office by phone or e-mail to schedule your initial consultation and learn more about how our attorneys can help.
